Annie Gale BA (Hons) CIPD (Grad) started her career in the staffing industry in 1997 as a recruitment consultant and then, a contract manager. After enjoying 4 successful years specialising in talent management, Annie worked as a Consultant for a niche recruitment consultancy, working with international blue chip companies.
Enjoying the generalist nature of her role she moved into Senior HR posts in the public sector, working within a busy County Council HR department, a Local Education Authority and also with Thames Valley Police where she enjoyed many years as a Senior HR Advisor. She has been fully CIPD qualified since 2005.
Annie currently works for an international education provider as an HR Manager and is SMNET's Principal HR & Employment Law Consultant.
