"I attended the first interview training day in Cardiff and I am so glad that I went! The day was structured really well and included a mock interview, maths test and a short essay. The mock interview was for me personally where I needed the most improvement and after some really constructive feedback from the community midwife and Josie, I went away and thought a lot more about why I wanted to be a Midwife. A few weeks later I was called for two interviews and have an offer from one already! I felt really confident in my interview as I had worked on my weaker areas and can't thank the SMNET team enough for their help and support. I would recommend the day to anyone and you get to meet a lovely bunch of SMnetters at the same time, which is an added bonus!
